It's the typical quality of Liguria region and it's the result of a centuries old wisdom which successed in select a kind of oil, which marks itself out for its taste sweetly "fruttato", velvety and light. It is an unfailing element of refined cuisine, it's famous, above all, for its gentle aroma, which doesn't cover other flavours, but sweetly exalt them.

Crop system: gathering on olive-nets and milling on the same day

Conservation: in dry places, medium temperature of 13- 18 degrees, away from light and heat
