The certification “BIO” encompasses all development stages of the oil, from the maintenance of the soil and the olive trees, to the harvesting and producing of the oliveoil, also to the storage and filling of the finished oil.
Cold pressed and not filtered, it is stored in stainless steel tanks and sealed with nitrogen. Thus the oil is protected from external influences and preserves in addition to the excellent quality its fine fragrance
and fruity taste.
