High quality extra virgin olive oil produced in a small area of the Val Prino (Imperia). Outstanding because of two major certifications: BIO and D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin). The oil is cold pressed and not filtered. Only selected olives are pressed shortly after the harvest, in order to obtain a high quality oil, which is perfect for special dishes.
