My name is Basanotto, and I was born in the Ligurian hinterland from a selection of the best raw materials typical of our region: Genoese basil DOP, sage and chinotto Slow Food Presidium of Savona.My name derives from the BAsilico (basil), from the SAlvia (sage) and from the CHInotto.The citrus scents of lemon and chinotto stand out on the scent, complemented by the herbaceous notes of basil and sage, while mint gives a pleasant freshness.On tasting it maintains an excellent olfactory taste match between citrus fruits and officinal herbs: on the palate it is delicate and velvety with a pleasantly persistent finish.You can enjoy me straight, with ice, cold and as a base for numerous cocktails.
